Is this the end of Milhouse...oh, um, I mean Razorfish? As plans are made for SBI and Company to acquire Razorfish for a reported $8.2 million USD (the company was once valued at over $50 million and had more than 1000 employees), the future of what was once the world's hottest Web design firm are unclear.

Why didn't anyone tell me about Web-graphics.com before? Such a handy daily compilation of hypertext design resources, links, commentary and notes.
An interesting blend of interface/user experience design, graphics, exhibition, interior and architectural design can be found at ESI Design which has recently completed the latest large scale media addition to Times Square.

Surprisingly, Azure Magazine, Canada's stalwart and always improving design magazine doesn't appear to have it's own Web site. But hold on. What the fugee? There is a Web site that appears to have much of the magazine's content. Useful and Agreeable is described as "a source of inspiration, featuring images and ideas from around the world." Well, don't mind if I do. As far as I can tell it looks to be solely the domain of james culham, "...a travel and design writer and communications consultant, based in vancouver, canada." Well, good on ya, James. The site itself could use a little navigational overhaul but what it lacks in clarity it more than makes up for with big juicey photos.
If you are a big film fan and are interested in the alternatives available in DVD, then have a look at the Criterion Collection. This site has a nicely reserved aesthetic and their collection of films from Jarmusch to Godard and Bergman could make picking a film at the local alternative video store a little easier. At the very least, it's fun to read their concise descriptions of some of these cinematic gems so you can sound like a genuine A-1 smarty pants at holiday get togethers.
